As the name suggests, Veritas represents the pursuit of the ideal roast and blend. Although, always the same Medium roast profile, Veritas changes slightly year to year allowing our Master Roaster the opportunity to show his skill. While certain taste attributes shift slightly, we never take you too far from what is familiar. It is always full bodied, with subtle changes year over year in floral notes, brightness and richness.
